Delivery Policy
Standard UK delivery takes between 1-7 days. The delivery times above are indicative and are subject to availability, payment authorisation, verification and processing. Over 90% of UK orders reach the recipient next working day.
Standard delivery, is charged at £1.95 and delivered to a mainland UK addresses only.
Standard Europe Delivery is charged at £4.95 and takes between 5-10 days, whereas standard delivery to zones 1 & 2 (£7.95) takes between 7-14 days. Orders shipped internationally are subject to a weight limitation of 2kg. If your order exceeds 2kg we will contact you by email with a delivery quote for alternative delivery methods, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. Unfortunately we are unable to ship, outside the UK, orders exceeding this limitation at our standard delivery rates.
If you require special delivery requests or a faster delivery service this can be arranged. Please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a quotation for your requirements.
Tracked Service - £8.95 per order for Europe, £11.95 for zones 1 & 2
Please allow at least 3-7 working days for delivery. Your order will be delivered by courier and is trackable from dispatch to delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order through this insured service. All orders will have an individual tracking number if required. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange redelivery.
Next Day Delivery Service - £4.95 per order for UK Only
All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day. Your order will be delivered the following working day by 1pm via Royal Mail. Orders must be received by 2pm Monday - Thursday to ensure next day delivery. If you request next day delivery Friday - Sunday, on an English Bank Holiday or after 2pm it will be dispatched by next day delivery the next available working day.
Please note: All delivery timescales are subject to availability. Small items may be delivered by Royal Mail. Your order may be delivered in separate parcels, or by separate carriers. We can't deliver to PO Box addresses and we can only guarantee delivery to business addresses on a next day service.
Guarantee
All our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee.
If there is any reason that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within the 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, Mobec Fragrances, for reasons of hygiene, will not replace or refund items that have been opened or if the seals been broken, unless they are faulty or do not comply with contract.
If you wish to return any goods please contact customer services by email: customerservices@mobecfragrances.com who will issue a returns goods advice number (RGA) and inform you of the exact procedure. No goods can be accepted without a valid RGA number.
Order Cancellation
You may return any unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The refund will not include the cost of delivery or return postage. To cancel your order simply return the item as delivered to: Mobec Fragrances, 148 St Teilo Street, Pontardulais, Swansea, SA4 8RA within 7 days of delivery. Enclose a note of your order and a cover note requesting a refund.
Returns Policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 28 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Mobec Fragrances does not refund postal charges.
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
Returned items should be sent by 1st Class Parcel Post. Mobec Fragrances will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service.
Any returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any faulty goods returned after this time may only receive a part refund dependant on the amount of product used. Any goods returned more than 6 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of. Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at Mobec Fragrances discretion.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Mobec Fragrances will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Mobec Fragrances will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier will be refunded the cost of products only. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
Privacy
We collect information when you register at the store and during the purchase process. This information includes your name, address, email, and shopper preferences. This information is stored on secure servers, and can only be accessed by Mobec employees using the security methods as set out above.

Additional Information
There are occasions where we may ask for additional information. We do this to be able to better understand your needs and provide additional services to our customers that may be of value. In addition, we may keep information regarding your communications with us such as emails and customer feedbacks. We also outline the security measures we take to protect your details once you have given them to us. You can then make informed choices about the personal information you provide on this site.
We will keep and use your information for as long as you are registered on the current Web site. You can choose to cancel your registration in the 'My account' section of the site. Doing this does not erase your information from our database. Your information is then stored for two reasons:
- to ensure that any orders you have placed can be processed to completion and
- So that we can contact you in emergencies, such as if there is an urgent product recall.
Otherwise, your information will not be accessed again and it will remain secure.
If you cancel your registration you will no longer be able to shop online or receive e -mails from us. Any orders you have placed will be processed as normal. You cannot open a new account using the same e-mail address as a previously closed account.
Disclosure of Information to third parties
We may provide anonymous order information obtained by cookies, profiles and shopper preferences information (or a subset of such information) to third parties who are affiliated with our site, or provide services to us. We promise never to provide our customers' personal information to these third parties.

Security
Credit card info is dealt completely by Barclaycard and Mobec Fragrances will not have access to any credit card data.
Credit/Debit Card security assurance
Ordering online using your credit card details is just as safe as ordering goods over the telephone, if not more so. At Mobec Fragrances you don't have to worry about your credit or debit card safety. Our card facility is supplied by Barclaycard and none of the data supplied to the Barclaycard online PDQ will be available to us. None of our customers have had an instance of fraudulent use of their credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us.
